Browsing the web, I found a nice photo taken and uploaded by robwolf4. He agreed to publish it here, so we open the Wizard World 2007 Bioshock gallery.
Here we see some "Booth Sisters" - two young ladies dressed like Little Sisters probably. In the background we can see a Big Daddy statue, Bioshock and 2K posters and some LCD displays, I guess.

Ummm Robwolf4 was busted stealing over 400 images and posting them as his own. This was one of the stolen images.
