Like Elizabeth Tobey mentioned recently, Ken Levine is very busy these days. I bet he is lurking inside the 2K bureaus right now, but he will have a chance to work for his sun tan in sunny San Francisco, next week.
Ok, to be honest, the weather will be crap with few showers, but the next Game Developers Conference (GDC 08) will be held there from February 18 - 22.
Ken Levine will will take part in the following GDC sessions:

Are Games Essentially Superficial? Exploring the Positive Impact Model of Design
The first session will be done by Levine himself. He will talk about story-telling in Bioshock, how it attracted the players/medias, how the story was created and why it was so successful.
The second session will be together with big names like Peter Molyneux, Chris Taylor, Louis Castle and Rusel DeMaria. The title mainly explains itself.
