Until now I never knew that a Ayn Rand Institute even exists, but Kotaku.com features a lengthy article with Yaron Brook, the institute's president.

Since a lot of Ken Levine's inspirations for Bioshock came from Ayn Rand's books and philosophy, it was only a matter of time until a Ayn Rand specialist would take a look at Bioshock, analyzing the parallels and differences between the literature and the videogame. Apart from the plain comparison, the article deals with the theme of objectivism in Bioshock.

The article is quite well written and contains lots of quotations by Levine. If you have some time, it may be worth reading.
